It has had an engine change to a 3.5 liter Mazda turbo diesel but retained the stock LT-85 transmission and transfer case location for the V8. I currently drive this to work roughly 70 miles a day down and up 6% grade hills so mileage is increasing. It will cruise well above 70 mph(I don't because of wind noise) on flat and maintain 55-
